- No growth opportunities or career path - Upper management prevents growth and personal development - Upper management has the maturity level of the entry level employees they hire right out of college - Upper management is manipulative and engages in gossip - Upper management is inexperienced and refuses to engage with subordinates for work issues - Employees (including myself) were put in very uncomfortable situations... *Due to the issues above, the turnover rate is not only through the roof but ignored by management (this is why i voluntarily chose to leave).
