The entire job experience is unsafe working conditions with a boss that continuously ignores the complaints and concerns of her employees. Very little is done to make arrangements to help employees solve issues. When Workers speak to the boss, the issues are blown off and ignored. The boss continuously lies to the employees about scope of work as well as the pay of the work.
