Low standard of living in Topeka is good for low pay

Cons

Administration is heavy handed and cares little for faculty; was there for 10 years and more than half we weere on a salary freeze because of budget issues but llts of impressive building going onon campus with the explanation that these are different budgets; true but pathetic morale
