Helpful and knowledgeable co-workers; Will work around your schedule as a student; Free time during work hours can be used for studying; Management is generally good about informing you of any changes to policy; Dress code is very relaxed; If you make a mistake, you will be gently corrected but no one will make you feel bad about it; Basically, expectations are very low, so if you are even a little bit competent, you will be appreciated.
Cons
Certain customers can be challenging to deal with, as with any customer service job; Pay starts low and stays low, although you may get a small raise when you renew your yearly contract.
