Free food as long as you see no evil, say no evil, hear no evil. - Maintenance Supervisor Waste Connections Employee Review

Pros

Free alcohol they supply for any event small or large. Free food regularly.

Cons

Broken promises. Constantly lied to. Degraded in front of others just for upper management to show a strong example. Then told behind closed doors that it was big performance for the others don’t take it personal. Get told to report unsafe acts then get retaliated by the same person who did the unsafe act saying they only got in trouble because they are one ethnicity and you are another. And the sad part is you both are the same ethnicity.

Pros

Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

Cons

If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
