Pros

For the most part they are team oriented; co-workers are friendly and easy to work with; Starting pay is good; benefits available after your first 90 days. Winter hours are decent, summer hours are long, but over-time Is covered

Cons

What once was a family and team oriented business is now very corporate. Routes are not guaranteed. Expect to be riding on the back of a truck a majority of the time. Strict driving requirements can leave you feeling like you're damned if you do, damned if you don't. Training is poor and inconsistent.

Pros

Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

Cons

If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
