Pros

Steady job always work to do Usually have good equipment to work with No one is on your back about overtime as long as you do your job right

Cons

Management gets pushed around by employees and if you are the type to just do what you are told then often you get the short end of the stick. Am not the only employee to be interviewed expecting a roll off position only to be offered a lesser position in the city.

Pros

Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

Cons

If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
