      Pros

      Great place to work! I enjoyed my time as Payroll with Waste Connections, The culture of this company is great and everyone I worked with is amazing. lots of room for growth and they invest in their people to improve or develop their skills. Bosses are very approachable and understanding.

      Cons

      not enough staff to cover if someone calls in sick or wanted to take the vacations

      Pros

      Waste Connections truly knows how to take care of their employees! Management is great and super hands on. This type of culture is what you want to surround yourself with in a work environment.

      There are no cons I have encountered.

      Pros

      Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

      Cons

      If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
