Pros

vacation time and PPO was good, After 10 years you get 4 weeks per year of vacation

Cons

stressful environment, high turn over rate so always short handed and working max hours, favoritism exercised often, floating policies, rules do not apply to everyone, upper management has no oversight so they do whatever they want,Blue Cross Blue Shield administrates their healthcare because they are self insured(so keep your health problems quiet from management)And I would like to add that a lot goes on that I can't even talk about as this site will only allow certain information to go public so telling the truth is limited.

Pros

Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

Cons

If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
