Pros

The coworkers at the local level. The support from the operations managers.

Cons

Lies about bonuses. Lies about career growth. They have complete control over the commission structure and reserve the right to change it at any time, and they will, even after you have sold the account and manage their book of business. Unethical practices from management, high turnover rates, and they do not care to take food out of your family’s mouth if it goes to buy the managers a new car, golf club, or toy.

Waste Connections truly knows how to take care of their employees! Management is great and super hands on. This type of culture is what you want to surround yourself with in a work environment.

Cons

There are no cons I have encountered.

Pros

Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

Cons

If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
