      Pros

      Regardless of what site or what role I have been in with Waste Connections, it has been a great experience. Every leader here lives our companies values and genuinely cares about their employees. While we might have some hard days here, there is always support from your peers and supervisors, all you have to do is ask for it.

      Cons

      There are no cons. I plan to work here another 20 years.

      Pros

      Waste Connections truly knows how to take care of their employees! Management is great and super hands on. This type of culture is what you want to surround yourself with in a work environment.

      Pros

      Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

      Cons

      If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
