      Pros

      -Kind, caring and helpful coworkers. -Plenty of overtime hours. -Spinning the wheel for prizes, gift cards, -- Busch Gardens etc. -Once a month free lunch, cookout -Fun place to work -Awesome upper management team -Top of the line pay

      Cons

      The only thing I could say would be climbing up the hill to the landfill in the rain, so muddy but it has to be done!

      Pros

      Waste Connections truly knows how to take care of their employees! Management is great and super hands on. This type of culture is what you want to surround yourself with in a work environment.

      There are no cons I have encountered.

      Pros

      Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

      Cons

      If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
