Numerous rules and regulations that do not seem to apply to the masses. Mass incompetence in management. A lack of respect for the hourly employees from managment and other salaried employees. Lack of communication between upper and middle management. The ease in which rules are bent or broken for "favorites". No consideration and blatant disregard for matters of a sensitive and personal nature.
