Pros

If you put your mind to it and work past all the hardships you will learn allot. they offer really good insurance at a good price.

Cons

There is no such hing as a 40hr work week, expect a minimum of 50hrs, avg of 55-60 but possible 80 hour week. The position is promoted as being a member of management but you'll often be used as cheap labor ( because you're on salary and they do not pay overtime to trainees ) and to fill in for hourly employees. They offer 5 days vacation ON APPROVAL, no sick or personal days.

Pros

This company has an excellent benefit package. Due to the type of industry, there is a certain amount of job security.

Cons

Numerous rules and regulations that do not seem to apply to the masses. Mass incompetence in management. A lack of respect for the hourly employees from managment and other salaried employees. Lack of communication between upper and middle management. The ease in which rules are bent or broken for "favorites". No consideration and blatant disregard for matters of a sensitive and personal nature. These are simply opinions expressed by an individual and do not reflect in any way the company's attitude or opinion.

Pros

We got paid every week

Cons

I hated working here it was dirty and smelled all the time they only promote their friends and family no matter how much experience you have. I am not a factory but I took the job thinking I would be able to move up but the jobs I applied for I was not even given a chance even though I have over 10 years experience. So when I got a chance I moved on to my next adventure I did and I'm happy I did.
