Pros

Working at Wayspring has been amazing. This company has fostered such an inclusive and welcoming environment and truly embraces innovation. I've been lucky to participate in the leadership program here and am always encouraged to shadow. That's not something you get at a lot of companies. Work/life balance is great, as well.

Cons

Like a lot of companies, we move at a fast-pace so it can feel like priorities change very quickly.

They pay very well and the schedules are flexible, meaningful work

Cons

Extremely high workload, very few opportunities for advancement although they tell you otherwise. Leadership is not person centered as the mission states, merely concerned with numbers. Most don't make it past 3-5 years of employment, people are fired regularly. Health insurance benefits are basically non existent
