Pros
The job alone is the pro; the work we do to help others is absolutely priceless. I get to be a part of something bigger to help those who can't help themselves. The absolute care this company has for not only its members but for the employee's is shown and felt. If you have ideas you want to share, they want to hear it and will actively try to make it effective. Feeling overwhelmed they check on you and make a point to see how you're doing and what they can do to help you succeed. Their mission isn't just a catchy slogan; they actually stand by it and show up to make it happen!! In all my work experience this has been one of the places that I truly feel appreciated and cared about as an employee. The benefits are amazing, just another show of how they care for their employees.
Cons
I have not really had any cons with the company in general. There is a lot of changes, but they are changes that make a difference.
