Pros

Incredibly fun and agile environment blending all the best of technology, health care, and business operations in a great location. Office vibe is electric at times with great collaboration between departments. Organizational mission of helping improve care for those in pain is motivating and inspirational, making it a very positive experience to go to work each day!

Cons

Growing business means you have to be disciplined about maintaining the start-up culture and not wander into the bloat and bureaucracy common in larger and more established companies. Not a problem now, just something to stay on top of before it actually happens.

They pay very well and the schedules are flexible, meaningful work

Cons

Extremely high workload, very few opportunities for advancement although they tell you otherwise. Leadership is not person centered as the mission states, merely concerned with numbers. Most don't make it past 3-5 years of employment, people are fired regularly. Health insurance benefits are basically non existent
