Pros

Everything is a pro, in my experience. This is unlike any other company I’ve ever worked for. I love my job for the first time in my career. I look forward to coming to work and interacting with top-notch talent and constant innovation. It’s a fast paced environment which pivots frequently, which I enjoy. The people, from the top down, are of the highest quality I’ve ever worked with.

Cons

I haven’t found many, but I do worry how long the current growth is sustainable.

They pay very well and the schedules are flexible, meaningful work

Cons

Extremely high workload, very few opportunities for advancement although they tell you otherwise. Leadership is not person centered as the mission states, merely concerned with numbers. Most don't make it past 3-5 years of employment, people are fired regularly. Health insurance benefits are basically non existent
