Pros

Mission statement Office location and amenities

Cons

This is a shadow company hiding behind its values to positively impact the addiction crisis. axial over promises and under delivers while sucking investors dry. The company has ditched its original premise/products because they failed the sniff test and clients are figuring it out. Unfortunately no one is concerned about the addicts-only creating the illusion of value to sell the company for a big payday. New CEO is desperately pivoting company to behavioral health services in attempt to create viable products/revenue. Massive staff turnover- some of it good. The smart talent headed for the doors months ago and everyone else “looking” except for private equity special hires brought in for turnaround. Don’t leave a good job to come here. The iceberg has been hit and the ship is slowly sinking.

Pros

They pay very well and the schedules are flexible, meaningful work

Cons

Extremely high workload, very few opportunities for advancement although they tell you otherwise. Leadership is not person centered as the mission states, merely concerned with numbers. Most don't make it past 3-5 years of employment, people are fired regularly. Health insurance benefits are basically non existent
