Pros

I've been at axial a little over a year and have had a great experience! Even with COVID keeping us remote, I feel connected to my team and the rest of the organization. Everyone I've worked with is sharp, kind, and passionate about the important work we're doing. Glad to be a part of this company!

Cons

Sometimes there can be uncertainty or less communication when things change, but that's part of being a start-up and a trade-off necessary to keep things interesting and moving quickly.

Pros

They pay very well and the schedules are flexible, meaningful work

Cons

Extremely high workload, very few opportunities for advancement although they tell you otherwise. Leadership is not person centered as the mission states, merely concerned with numbers. Most don't make it past 3-5 years of employment, people are fired regularly. Health insurance benefits are basically non existent
