Pros
Wayspring is very supportive of their employees. They offer training and promote personal and professional growth. I've been very fortunate to work for great leaders that set clear expectations and I'm grateful for the relationships I have at Wayspring. I find the vision from the top down to be a great match for me personally. HR is the best. This company is aligned in it's values and treatment of it's employees. It's easy to know where you stand and leaders are transparent about the company's status and challenges. You'll get the best out of yourself here - being self motivated can only get you so far, sometimes you need an environment to challenge you and give you new opportunities, and I feel very fortunate to have found that here.
Cons
Wayspring is busy and frequent changes can occur, but I really think this is more of a Pro. I just know that it's often a stress factor for some, but really it has afforded me some great opportunities.
