Pros

Wayspring is a mission driven organization that is focused on a very niche population. Everyone is very passionate about the work being done, the environment is highly collaborative, and you truly feel like you are making a difference with the work you are doing every day.

Cons

Because they are a high growth start up, there is a lot of change that happens quickly.

Pros

They pay very well and the schedules are flexible, meaningful work

Cons

Extremely high workload, very few opportunities for advancement although they tell you otherwise. Leadership is not person centered as the mission states, merely concerned with numbers. Most don't make it past 3-5 years of employment, people are fired regularly. Health insurance benefits are basically non existent
