I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of Wayspring. From the moment I was hired, the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. The staff welcomed me life family, the training was incredibly thorough, and the management is truly unparalleled. If you are in search of an exceptional company that genuinely cares about its members and employees, look no further than Wayspring.

There are small changes that occur due to the company's growth, but this is to be expected!

They pay very well and the schedules are flexible, meaningful work

Cons

Extremely high workload, very few opportunities for advancement although they tell you otherwise. Leadership is not person centered as the mission states, merely concerned with numbers. Most don't make it past 3-5 years of employment, people are fired regularly. Health insurance benefits are basically non existent
