This company is a cult, they have their base team of favorites who have been successfully brainwashed, these are your lifers, they have been broken down and brainwashed into the weatherby cult these are the people who have been there for 7 years plus, so the way the system works as I’ve seen it is the company is designed to burn you out and drain you for all you’ve got and use you to bring in business for the 7+ year brainwashed lifers, it was never designed for new people to excel, they may chose 1 lucky person who excelled in the politics and kissing “behind” to be accepted in the cult of accepted they will make your kpis easier to attain than others, they won’t hold you to the same standards as others, they will hand you a book of business to make your time at the job easier, if they find you to be an unbrainwashable defector they will make your life hell, they will gaslight you, they will raise your KPIs, they will hold you to stricter and higher standards than the favorites, and they will do everything they can to make your life hell until they can get you to quit because they are so cheap that they do everything in their power not to fire people so they don’t have to pay unemployment. This is an extremely toxic place that needs to be investigated.
