Pros

Decent base pay, good benefits

Cons

This company looks polished on the outside, but the engine isn’t built to last. Doctors are paid below market for the revenue they generate. Recruiters are given scripted explanations to defend it rather than allowed to fix it. It feels less like a partnership and more like squeezing the engine harder to hit short-term numbers. End-of-month pressure often leads to deals being pushed through to look good on reports, even when recruiters know they won’t stick—leaving recruiters to answer for the “fall-off” later. Performance metrics don’t work like a scoreboard; they work like a moving goalpost. Favoritism is common, “top performers” are often handed their wins, and KPIs change depending on who management wants to reward or push out. That kills trust and makes real performance hard to measure. The move to an expensive downtown Raleigh office matches a churn-heavy hiring model: hire fast, load people up, burn them out, replace them. It’s like running a factory that treats workers as disposable parts instead of skilled operators. Turnover is baked into the system. Leadership focuses more on motivation slogans and appearances than on listening, tools, or market reality. Hospitals and doctors are treated like line items, not long-term relationships. That might juice short-term results, but it weakens the foundation.

Pros

Literally nothing is good here.

Cons

This company will wear you down until you quit or end up on a PIP. Their stated culture is “Putting People First,” but the reality is the exact opposite. If you’re intelligent, challenge ideas, or want to work smarter instead of harder, you’ll be made to feel like you’re the problem. Favoritism runs rampant. Long-tenured employees and yes-people are protected no matter what. There are no real boundaries. People will contact your doctors or clients when you’re off the clock or dealing with an emergency. When you raise concerns, you’re gaslit and redirected to surface-level perks like snacks, happy hours, and forced positivity, as if that’s a culture. Even when you do everything right, you’ll still be blamed when things go wrong. Meanwhile, there is a notable pattern of employees with misdemeanor and felony charges continuing to work there with zero consequences, while those who speak up or push back are shown the door. Make it make sense. If you’re a decent, thoughtful person who holds yourself to a high standard, this place will make you feel like the problem. You’re not
