Pros

- Nice office - Decent base pay - Nice PTO (guilt trip you when you try to use it)

Cons

In the interviews they hype up the company like it’s Wolf of Wall Street and gloat how much the top 1%’s make and you can “expect” to make If you do not succeed they will push you out by any means necessary because after moving from Durham to Raleigh they are incentivized and paid by the City of Raleigh to “generate new jobs” aka hiring and firing left and right but justify it as “lack of performance” and do it on their terms not yours, which conflicts their core values which the gloat about Long story short, our team struggled HEAVILY to get jobs as in we wouldn’t have any for a week or 2 at a time, yet still had KPIs to submit docs for jobs that we dont have. As a result people were falling short on their monthly KPIs me being 1 of them as a newer consultant. About a month or so of this, I was told to my face by my leader in a 1 on 1 (with no paper trail mind you) “you need to work to the point of being mentally exhausted some days, where you are so tired you don’t want to speak to your significant other at the end of the day”. But don’t worry “putting people first” is their core value and everything is centered around that… give me a break. 2 weeks proceeding this after staying late in office days and doing late night call blasts and showing the effort they so desperately desired. I was informed 2 days before thanksgiving btw, that I will be let go the following week and during this my leader suggested I work on thanksgiving and Saturday as a “last chance effort” basically trying to squeeze every bit out of me. If you value your own personal life, quality relationships or mental well being, you should reconsider. Please don’t fall for the smoke and mirrors at the interview and listen intently when they blatantly tell you there are ups and down in this job, they don’t tell you there are way more downs than ups.

Pros

Literally nothing is good here.

Cons

This company will wear you down until you quit or end up on a PIP. Their stated culture is “Putting People First,” but the reality is the exact opposite. If you’re intelligent, challenge ideas, or want to work smarter instead of harder, you’ll be made to feel like you’re the problem. Favoritism runs rampant. Long-tenured employees and yes-people are protected no matter what. There are no real boundaries. People will contact your doctors or clients when you’re off the clock or dealing with an emergency. When you raise concerns, you’re gaslit and redirected to surface-level perks like snacks, happy hours, and forced positivity, as if that’s a culture. Even when you do everything right, you’ll still be blamed when things go wrong. Meanwhile, there is a notable pattern of employees with misdemeanor and felony charges continuing to work there with zero consequences, while those who speak up or push back are shown the door. Make it make sense. If you’re a decent, thoughtful person who holds yourself to a high standard, this place will make you feel like the problem. You’re not
