Pros
I have worked for many companies over the years and I have never had anything bad to say about anywhere I worked, but this is the most toxic environment I have ever encountered.
Cons
Executive leadership within this company lacks real industry experience, as many leaders started in entry-level roles over 20 years ago and were promoted internally without bringing in fresh expertise or innovation from outside the organization. The company constantly promotes its “core values,” yet leadership appears to apply those values selectively when it benefits them personally rather than employees, providers, or clients. Employees are often placed on coaching or performance plans with little to no actual coaching or development provided, creating the perception that these plans are simply used as a way to push people out rather than help them improve. Advancement and opportunity within the organization do not appear to be based on skill set, performance, or knowledge, but instead on favoritism and personal relationships. Leadership also seems disconnected from the realities of pricing and market conditions. If the company genuinely valued its providers and clients, it would prioritize fairness and long-term relationships rather than operating from a place of greed. Additionally, leadership reportedly encouraged managers and employees to post positive online reviews in an effort to attract applicants and improve the company’s public image, raising concerns about the authenticity of those reviews
