Misleading Impressions; Not Trustworthy - Anonymous employee Weatherby Healthcare Employee Review

Pros

None; You will be used and thrown out. High turnover. Newer associates are used to help build older recruiters bases. When you leave, they give your doctors to oldest recruiters. The girls are pretty to look at, hence why they are hired. Especially the front desk. No real experience, just pretty faces.

Cons

1. Recent write-ups are encouraged by managers and executives to help boost ratings. 2. Management gives false impressions in the first 90 days 3. When employees leave, they give current doctors to the longest running recruiters. 4. Claim work life balance; Leverage your personal life against you 5. The front desk girls are there for looks only and to gossip. They are very dangerous and have been known to use people for personal gain. 6. Frat house mentality. 7. They only help their own. If you are new your mountain is too high to climb. Especially on a 35k base.

Pros

Literally nothing is good here.

Cons

This company will wear you down until you quit or end up on a PIP. Their stated culture is “Putting People First,” but the reality is the exact opposite. If you’re intelligent, challenge ideas, or want to work smarter instead of harder, you’ll be made to feel like you’re the problem. Favoritism runs rampant. Long-tenured employees and yes-people are protected no matter what. There are no real boundaries. People will contact your doctors or clients when you’re off the clock or dealing with an emergency. When you raise concerns, you’re gaslit and redirected to surface-level perks like snacks, happy hours, and forced positivity, as if that’s a culture. Even when you do everything right, you’ll still be blamed when things go wrong. Meanwhile, there is a notable pattern of employees with misdemeanor and felony charges continuing to work there with zero consequences, while those who speak up or push back are shown the door. Make it make sense. If you’re a decent, thoughtful person who holds yourself to a high standard, this place will make you feel like the problem. You’re not
