Pros

The people are the main reason for longevity at this company. The majority are nice and friendly.

Cons

This company is very revenue driven and believe in making things happen by any means necessary. The doctors are a means to an end and their employment is the least of the company's worries. Their core principle of "Putting People First" is just a slogan. No matter how hard you work it is never enough to their satisfaction. New people are used to help the seasoned representatives reach their goals and discarded. There is very little diversity in this company and the ability to grow and achieve is limited to a select few. I would not recommend this company as an ideal place to work unless you have no ethics, morals or values.

Pros

Literally nothing is good here.

Cons

This company will wear you down until you quit or end up on a PIP. Their stated culture is “Putting People First,” but the reality is the exact opposite. If you’re intelligent, challenge ideas, or want to work smarter instead of harder, you’ll be made to feel like you’re the problem. Favoritism runs rampant. Long-tenured employees and yes-people are protected no matter what. There are no real boundaries. People will contact your doctors or clients when you’re off the clock or dealing with an emergency. When you raise concerns, you’re gaslit and redirected to surface-level perks like snacks, happy hours, and forced positivity, as if that’s a culture. Even when you do everything right, you’ll still be blamed when things go wrong. Meanwhile, there is a notable pattern of employees with misdemeanor and felony charges continuing to work there with zero consequences, while those who speak up or push back are shown the door. Make it make sense. If you’re a decent, thoughtful person who holds yourself to a high standard, this place will make you feel like the problem. You’re not
