This company will wear you down until you quit or end up on a PIP. Their stated culture is “Putting People First,” but the reality is the exact opposite.
If you’re intelligent, challenge ideas, or want to work smarter instead of harder, you’ll be made to feel like you’re the problem. Favoritism runs rampant. Long-tenured employees and yes-people are protected no matter what.
There are no real boundaries. People will contact your doctors or clients when you’re off the clock or dealing with an emergency. When you raise concerns, you’re gaslit and redirected to surface-level perks like snacks, happy hours, and forced positivity, as if that’s a culture.
Even when you do everything right, you’ll still be blamed when things go wrong. Meanwhile, there is a notable pattern of employees with misdemeanor and felony charges continuing to work there with zero consequences, while those who speak up or push back are shown the door. Make it make sense.
