Pros

Great benefits - Generous PTO, 401K match, NP on-site, VTO, gym on-site, casual dress-code United Way Week is a great cause "Fringe" benefits : Pot-lucks, fun company events, ping pong, modern office with innovative technology and equipment

Cons

-Extreme micromanagement, poor leadership with a disconnect between the CHG Headquarters in UT and Weatherby leaders in NC. Putting people first is supposedly at the core of what Weatherby claims to do and yet they constantly treat their people as glorified telemarketers with ZERO work/life balance. -Sales is a numbers game no doubt, but 95+ phone calls a day to doctor's offices and hospitals where front desk admins and nurses and other healthcare professionals are actually providing patient care and other important tasks is asinine and even worse, mind-numbing. - Consultants on individual specialty teams are encouraged by middle-management to undermine and steal their "teammates" providers and books of business, thereby jeopardizing their livelihood and creating an extremely toxic work environment that stunts growth and destroys camaraderie and trust. The rules of engagement are a sham. - Need to hire more AC's and other coordinators so that there is more bandwidth and recruiters can focus on actually recruiting instead of putting together credentialing packets for providers or booking their travel/accommodations on assignments

Pros

Literally nothing is good here.

Cons

This company will wear you down until you quit or end up on a PIP. Their stated culture is “Putting People First,” but the reality is the exact opposite. If you’re intelligent, challenge ideas, or want to work smarter instead of harder, you’ll be made to feel like you’re the problem. Favoritism runs rampant. Long-tenured employees and yes-people are protected no matter what. There are no real boundaries. People will contact your doctors or clients when you’re off the clock or dealing with an emergency. When you raise concerns, you’re gaslit and redirected to surface-level perks like snacks, happy hours, and forced positivity, as if that’s a culture. Even when you do everything right, you’ll still be blamed when things go wrong. Meanwhile, there is a notable pattern of employees with misdemeanor and felony charges continuing to work there with zero consequences, while those who speak up or push back are shown the door. Make it make sense. If you’re a decent, thoughtful person who holds yourself to a high standard, this place will make you feel like the problem. You’re not
