Pros

Sad to say, but not much pro's that set it apart from other agencies

Cons

Ongoing commission cuts and highest malpractice rate in the nation which also cuts into your margin and commission. Management that are better suited to be elementary school teachers at best and have no business managing a sales team. Biggest turnover rate I've seen at any company. Once you realize this, you will be stuck there if you want to stay in physician recruiting as they have a strict 1 year non compete where you cannot work in any capacity at another agency.

Our turnover is actually one of the lowest in our industry. We wish you well in your future endeavors.

Pros

Literally nothing is good here.

Cons

This company will wear you down until you quit or end up on a PIP. Their stated culture is “Putting People First,” but the reality is the exact opposite. If you’re intelligent, challenge ideas, or want to work smarter instead of harder, you’ll be made to feel like you’re the problem. Favoritism runs rampant. Long-tenured employees and yes-people are protected no matter what. There are no real boundaries. People will contact your doctors or clients when you’re off the clock or dealing with an emergency. When you raise concerns, you’re gaslit and redirected to surface-level perks like snacks, happy hours, and forced positivity, as if that’s a culture. Even when you do everything right, you’ll still be blamed when things go wrong. Meanwhile, there is a notable pattern of employees with misdemeanor and felony charges continuing to work there with zero consequences, while those who speak up or push back are shown the door. Make it make sense. If you’re a decent, thoughtful person who holds yourself to a high standard, this place will make you feel like the problem. You’re not
