Pros

Relaxed dress code. No drug screening. Weekends off. Decent Break room. Top 100 company, so good to add to a resume. Free trip to Utah. Benefits start soon after start of work. Possibility to make good money.

Cons

Way too many meetings that accomplish absolutely nothing. Minimal tools to get the job done. Old recycled lists that have been called on countless times. Seriously the most annoying place I have ever worked. Extremely unprofessional floor with people yelling over you, using profanity while on the phone with clients. Out of touch management that do nothing to assist struggling staff, other than more pointless meetings. Sales process takes forever. They pretty much beg you to love the company so they get good reviews and also beg for positive feed back so they can make the Forbes top 100 list. Just because they have an ok break room and you can wear smelly flip flops to work, does not mean they should be on the Forbes top 100 companies list.

Our business philosophy focuses on putting people first, both our providers and our people. If you needed more tools or assistance your manager should have been there to assist you.

Pros

Literally nothing is good here.

Cons

This company will wear you down until you quit or end up on a PIP. Their stated culture is “Putting People First,” but the reality is the exact opposite. If you’re intelligent, challenge ideas, or want to work smarter instead of harder, you’ll be made to feel like you’re the problem. Favoritism runs rampant. Long-tenured employees and yes-people are protected no matter what. There are no real boundaries. People will contact your doctors or clients when you’re off the clock or dealing with an emergency. When you raise concerns, you’re gaslit and redirected to surface-level perks like snacks, happy hours, and forced positivity, as if that’s a culture. Even when you do everything right, you’ll still be blamed when things go wrong. Meanwhile, there is a notable pattern of employees with misdemeanor and felony charges continuing to work there with zero consequences, while those who speak up or push back are shown the door. Make it make sense. If you’re a decent, thoughtful person who holds yourself to a high standard, this place will make you feel like the problem. You’re not
