Pros

The work environment (Hybrid) and culture is good at Weatherby.

Cons

The day to day gets old very quickly, and all management does is push you to make more calls, emails, and texts. There is no coaching. They will try to push you out the door as soon as possible. The week you go to Utah is great but you learn nothing about the actual job, and then you are expected to start your job with little to no training within the first week or so. Management is very misleading and will tell you one thing, but then do another. They try to say work/life balance is important but they expect you to make calls from sun up, until sundown. Very shady company.

Pros

Literally nothing is good here.

Cons

This company will wear you down until you quit or end up on a PIP. Their stated culture is “Putting People First,” but the reality is the exact opposite. If you’re intelligent, challenge ideas, or want to work smarter instead of harder, you’ll be made to feel like you’re the problem. Favoritism runs rampant. Long-tenured employees and yes-people are protected no matter what. There are no real boundaries. People will contact your doctors or clients when you’re off the clock or dealing with an emergency. When you raise concerns, you’re gaslit and redirected to surface-level perks like snacks, happy hours, and forced positivity, as if that’s a culture. Even when you do everything right, you’ll still be blamed when things go wrong. Meanwhile, there is a notable pattern of employees with misdemeanor and felony charges continuing to work there with zero consequences, while those who speak up or push back are shown the door. Make it make sense. If you’re a decent, thoughtful person who holds yourself to a high standard, this place will make you feel like the problem. You’re not
