Pros
-Nice location on Centennial Campus. -401K matching is great. -Free beer once a week. -Free food and pop in the kitchen. -The company culture is low pressure and a very relaxed working environment. -Employees are not expected to work more than 40 hours a week and often get away with less.
Cons
-Teams move at the pace of the slowest members. -Salaries are low compared to similar positions in the area. -Revenue growth has slowed for the 4th straight year. -The sales team doesn't have the tools to fight the competition and can't be expected to hit targets. -Lack of original ideas and products. Every new product feature is a "me too" feature and playing catch up. -High employee turnover and unhappiness. The employee surveys are a joke. -Most of the management team, including the president, have no prior experience with educators.
