Pros
Most of the reviews have covered the pros. We have a great office with lots of steel and glass. The location on centennial campus is great. The cafe is nice with the obligatory free snacks and soft drinks. The culture is relaxed with a casual work pace.
Cons
Many of the reviews on this site trend toward a theme: poor leadership and management. That is the principal drawback at WebAssign. We employee a diverse group of talented individuals. But we lack an executive team that can lead them. The problem starts at the top. Our founder departed several years ago, and although he had no experience running a company, he inspired confidence and drove us to succeed. Since his departure, we lack leadership. We need a leader and an executive team that can inspire and lead.
