Good employer, salary is OK - Project Controller Webasto Employee Review

Good opportunity to learn in controlling (good tools, finance has power in the organization) given the low margins (typical for automotive suppliers) Note it is a private company Pay package is that almost totally fixed salary. While it's safe for employees, it does not really generate incentives for "overperforming"... Work life balance is OK. Webasto is a german (also by culture) company.
