Pros
Good opportunity to learn in controlling (good tools, finance has power in the organization) given the low margins (typical for automotive suppliers) Note it is a private company Pay package is that almost totally fixed salary. While it's safe for employees, it does not really generate incentives for "overperforming"... Work life balance is OK. Webasto is a german (also by culture) company.
Cons
New organization needs to stabilize Company still has a quite strong german culture (could be more difficult to evolve without speaking german)
