Pros
In just over half a year, I feel that I've been exposed to enough culture, employees, corporate direction and town halls/executive direction to have a good feel for the company. The negative reviews that I've read seem to be centered around leadership, but as with any sales-driven publicly traded company, in my opinion they are (rightfully) focused on profitability and driving revenue. Yes, there was great deal of turnover right when I first joined, but that seemed to come from a very fast-growing, young company that was still trying to find its direction in the marketplace. Goals are clearly communicated and employees are empowered to help the company meet those goals. Are the goals sometimes aggressive? Probably, but every publicly traded company I've ever been apart of remains focused on driving revenue to ensure continued success.
Cons
None that I have experienced
