Pros
They are client/consumer driven and very passionate about caring for those who are often excluded or don't have access to other health providers. The mission is admirable.
Cons
High turnover in line staff positions. Management doesn't work to meet the needs of line staff and is distant unless employee is being reprimanded. There is no way to address problems or issues with management. Its a one way street. Eventually line staff can end up feeling used and not having a voice. Not much room for growth, no career ladder. They've implemented a program to address that, but it is exclusive and not available to all staff so far.
