Pros
This was a remote position, which was really convenient and I enjoyed the comfort of that. The workload was easy but that is also a con.
Cons
Incompetent supervisor leading the grievances/patient experience department. They irresponsibly hired too many people for this position and ended up laying off most of us. The supervisor and adjacent management play favoritism with employees, lie, and will disregard AND disrespect your time and effort. This position was advertised and sold to interviewees as a remote position with a 90day probation period beforehand, however it took 100+ days for me and others to go remote. Once I was finally remote, I was laid off after I was told by the supervisor they would not be laying anyone off. Avoid this place like the plague.
