Pros

Benefits, paid days off, some people got bonuses. If I got degrees I could move up. Clients were cool, coworkers were mostly cool. Work hard or work very little o one gets fired. Was LGBT friendly, or at least we were.

Cons

High staff turniver, low pay for working staff while people who sit in the office all day make 3 figures. Told to focus on bringing in money for the corporation while having no support. I didn't know how to do my job right and it was frustrating. My manager was never available, always somewhere else. No raises. Clearly some groups of people were favored for bonuses over others. Patients were treated badly by staff, old.man hurt by security, and no one stops it. Asked to work a lot of hours because staff quit. Seems to be worse since Christmas.

Pros

The work is meaningful, and I’ve had the opportunity to help people during difficult times. I’ve gained valuable clinical experience, worked with supportive coworkers, and had opportunities to develop my skills. The benefits and job stability are also positives.

Cons

Communication between departments could be improved, and workloads can become overwhelming at times. Staffing shortages sometimes increase stress and make it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. There are opportunities to improve support for frontline clinicians.
