Excellent Work Life Balance in Operations 12 hour rotating schedule. Good Pay Competitive Vacation/Sick Package (When combined with schedule) Projected growth with development/advancement opportunities Standard 401K match and annual company contribution Consistent bonus payouts from achievable goal targets. Excellent upper management communication with monthly meetings discussing current and future state with transparent goal achievement tracking.

Cons

Not really a "Con" as much as area for improvement: Insurance premiums and coverage could be better Local considerations: Walker City taxes imposed on residents and non-residents reduce Net Local city traffic can increase commute

Great people at the individual contributor level 401k match is good (4% match + 3% NEC annually) ESPP with 15% discount, purchased quarterly

Cons

Difficult to progress your title and compensation Company seems to be shrinking their AZ presence Site management is misguided or missing, certainly not focused on employee retention Compensation is low Consistently losing great people and employees that eventually get fed up from working too much without a matching compensation
