Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We’re sorry to hear about your perception of our Digital and Transformation (D&T) leadership team at West. You are correct in that there have been significant changes within our D&T leadership team, including the appointment of our new Sr. VP and Chief Digital & Transformation Officer in February 2018. Under his leadership, we have seen a growth in our employee base as well as new skills such as Software Engineers and SAP Solution Architects, enabling us to reduce reliance on consultants and invest in our own population. Also, under his leadership, we have made tremendous progress including the launch of our e-commerce site enabling our customers to order direct from West online. And we have recently opened a Digital Technology Center in India to help build a strong global D&T team which will allow us to augment our US and Europe teams and ensure 24/7 access to West sites worldwide. Change can be challenging, but it is necessary for continued growth and for our journey of digital transformation, which will enable a better digital user experience for our team members, our customers, and ultimately the patients who use our products.
