Good atmosphere - Anonymous employee West Pharmaceutical Services Employee Review

We appreciate your willingness to share your feedback on your employment with West. We too, feel that West has a great atmosphere with wonderful people. West is committed to ensuring we have appropriate training and trainers in place to provide a positive learning experience for our team members. In addition, we offer an online Learning Management System, with currently over 1,200 available training courses to help our team members learn in their role and develop for future opportunities. We strongly encourage open communication within West and encourage our team members to speak with their manager or a member of Human Resources if they are not satisfied with the level of training available to them.
