6yThank you for taking the time to post this review. We are very disappointed to learn of your perception of our senior leadership. West is committed to creating and maintaining a workplace and culture where all team members feel respected, are treated fairly and have an opportunity to excel. Disrespectful, unprofessional or harassing behavior is not acceptable nor tolerated. We strongly encourage any team member who feels this is not the way we are operating to immediately reach out to any member of leadership, Human Resources or the Compliance and Ethics Office to share their concerns. All team members also have access to the Integrity Helpline where they can report their concerns anonymously if they choose.
We take the on-boarding of new team members extremely seriously and are committed to providing equal opportunities and selecting the best candidate for a role, from internal and external applicants. We have an average of 300 internal moves/promotions annually since 2018. We feel this is a good balance with those hired from outside the company, as new talent joining West also brings new perspectives and experiences to West.
