6yThank you for taking the time to post a review and provide your feedback. We are very disappointed to learn of your perception of gender bias at West. As we continuously emphasize, West is committed to creating and maintaining a workplace and culture where all team members feel respected, are treated fairly and have an opportunity to excel. Disrespectful, unprofessional or harassing behavior is not acceptable nor tolerated. We strongly encourage any team member who feels this is not the way we are operating to immediately reach out to any member of leadership, Human Resources or the Compliance and Ethics Office to share their concerns. All team members also have access to the Integrity Helpline where they can report their concerns anonymously if they choose. All cases of harassment or bias are taken extremely seriously and fully investigated with appropriate corrective actions taken.
