Pros
There is free food. If you don't have a tour, you just get to chill on your phone and talk to co-workers/walk around the casino. You are an independent contractor so managers can't technically tell you to come to work the next day, a lot of people would just walk out and pick their days when to come.
Cons
Management is kind of all over the place. Everybody tells you something different. you get paid $72 a day buts its draw, meaning when you sell a timeshare, they will take your commission and subtract your draw. So you have to sell everyday. If you don't sell, eventually your draw maxes and they let you go. Its also very office politics. They hand out tours for you to take, but mainly hand them out to the high rollers and the top sellers. SO if you're at the bottom of the ladder, you might only get 1-3 tours a whole week! (while others are getting around 7-10 weekly) So it definitely sucks when you're new and only getting 1-3 tours a week. I felt like I was progressing at the company so slowly. And you would see the manager's cousin bringing the managers food and them feeding him multiple tours. Very office politics. Make sure everyone likes you and you are set. You are also an independent contractor so at the end of your tax year you must pay the government, so do your finances.
