Cons
Company does not follow its own policies and never complies with federal and Florida state laws. They tell you something is being done about the issue and then sit on their behinds doing absolutely nothing until you have to hire an attorney to do their jobs for them since they are too lazy to do the job right and fix problems in a timely manner. a timely manner in Florida is 24 to 48 hours, not 7 days, not 5 weeks, not 3 months. in the real workplace, that should never happen. also if your pay gets messed up they refuse to actually fix the problem at the cocoa beach pier. so DO NOT WORK FOR THEM AT THE COCOA BEACH PIER in Florida. They'll sit on their lazy behinds rather than helping their employees. Employees at all levels are suppose to act as members of one team, not separated so much that it is everyone for themselves. they have very poor training standards as well. Don't bother applying to here unless you want your income and home life messed with.
