Pros
Technically, I was full-time, but my hours were only appx. 32h. Good benefits and 401K if you stay with the company long enough. Training was excellent.
Cons
I was not allowed to sit down even if we had no customers. That was extremely exhausting. I had to buy special shoes so that my lower back and feet wouldn't kill me at the end of the day. I didn't get refunded by the company. The staff were a click. Gossip, gossip, gossip everywhere. Management didn't care about anybody. Everybody feared the managers as if they were all-mighty gods who can destroy you if you don't shut up and fall in line. You are not allowed to say "You are welcome", but "My pleasure" and they hammer it to you like it's a sacred phrase that will bring millions of $$$ to the company. If you don't fit in within the click, you get laid off at the end of the season (in Dec.).I got paid only $9/h.You are selling lies (timeshare).
